  • Usually, it takes about 20-40 days in some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on the shipping policy

  • Many countries have reduced flights because of COVID-19, And customs delays, Your packages maybe take longer to deliver(Delayed by 1 to 2 weeks) than normal, but we will do our best to ship your order earlier. We beg for your understanding.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you did not receive the goods or received damaged goods, we can provide a free replenishment service! In addition, we do not provide any replenishment and replacement services, such as don't like, don't want, bad effect, and so on.

  • The return shipping fee will need to be paid by the customer, and the customer will need to arrange to ship it back to the warehouse.

  • If the initial order amount becomes less than $99 after eliminating the return items, the cost for the initial shipping fee of $6.99, will be excluded from the total refund amount.
